Question about my 1000 amp jump start

It said to leave a message. When I went to leave a message, it said the mailbox was full.

Goodbye. What kind of service is that?

They will never know I called because I couldn't leave a message. That's insane.

Nothing has been resolved. The haven’t even contacted me yet about the issue. I’m pretty irritated about it since this is a major issue with their product!!!!!!

Original review Nov 23, 2025
I am emailing you in regards to a transmission pan gasket along with an intake manifold gasket for the 2021 Chevy Colorado's LT with a 2.5 motor 2 Wheel Dr. The parts you are making are the completely wrong style.

I went to an AutoZone and bought one and it didn't fit. Prior to that, a few weeks before, I bought an intake manifold for that motor and it didn't fit. I'm not very pleased at all for this inconvenience with these parts. I go to AutoZone and buy your parts constantly, and this is really making me second-guess my decision!

This is a serious issue that you need to look into. There might be some serious recalls on those parts you are making. I have photos of proof I can email to you.

Please contact me via email and text message, please. The part number for the transmission seal is TF501DLG.

Preferred solution: Some kind of compensation for having to go over there more than one time to return apart that’s not even close to fitting of what it was labeled to fit. I’ve lost time and money. I’m a mechanic and myself. .

User's recommendation: Need to do a complete recall on these parts!!! if you have a 2021 Chevy Colorado LT with a 2.5 four-cylinder gas do not buy from dualist!! The other brand AutoZone has fits. This is also for their intake manifold gasket as well. Pretty pissed off. I’ve had to go there twice to return them because they don’t fit.

Tire pressure sensor

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Was excited to purchase 4 tire pressure sensors and stems from AutoZone. Got them installed in my tires, and when it came time to program them to my car, we ran into an issue with those particular tire sensor gauges.

I need a specific programming tool. I called several different AutoZones. No one knew what I needed or where to get it, so I tried three different tire shops. The tire shops also did not have the tool needed, so I went back to the original AutoZone where I approached the tire sensors and asked them, 'How is it possible that they sell tire pressure sensors without making available the tool to program them?' The manager at the AutoZone then recommended I go to one of his friend's shops and pay $40 for each tire to get them installed, which felt somewhat like an inside financial gain from the recommendation.

I ended up just purchasing a new tire sensor from a local tire shop and returning the AutoZone tire stems. Pretty much thanks, but no thanks.

Problem with wiper installation

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Horrible Product. If Wiper Arm does not conform to the Adapter that comes mounted on the Blade, Good Luck in changing out the Adapters.

Provided Adapters need to have release clips that can give better leverage.

Plus Packaging is Flimsy, Parts fall out, Ends dont properly seal. I will never be an AutoZone Customer again.

Well this battery cost 300 dollars and has a warranty of 3 years but i purchased my battery in Nov. 2024 and it died in July 2025.

Replaced it and it died in Dec. 2025.

Problem with wiper installation

No leverage on clips that hold the Adapter. Horrible Design directions recommend using a screwdriver, but that doesnt help.

I use a screwdriver to turn screws, not to get Adapters off of Wiper Blades. Never Agsin

User's recommendation: Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Do not buy Duralast Wiper Blades from AutoZone. If your Wiper Arm does not match the Adapter that is already on the Blade. Good Luck changing out the Adapter without any Damage to new Blade.

They have completely ignored me

Original review May 07, 2025

After having this battery for a little less than 3 years, it blew up on me. Just sitting in my driveway.

Duralast said I must have overcharged it. Lol. I wasn't charging it at all; it was sitting in my driveway.

Because the guy I bought it from put it in for me prior to my buying it, Duralast won't honor the warranty. ***

Don’t stand behind their warranty

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I purchased a Duralast Gold battery in May 2023 for my 2018 Focus. The battery has gone bad after 26 months on a 36 month warranty.

I tried to get it replaced but was refused any help. If it had gone bad at 34 or 35 months, I would not be angry over their attitude but we are talking almost a whole year.

I do not recommend Duralast battery or AutoZone for warranty or decent customer service. They didnt even attempt to try to understand my problem or my discontent

Dear surs, I bought your Duralast double flaring part # 82-006 many years ago, and it has served me well. But over the years, I have lost some of the flaring ends.

Do you sell the five flare ends separate?

I would like to buy them. Thank you.
