My fan cut my cable thats on the fan clutch i was able to temporarly fix it by splicing all wire but the blue one it seems to be a dummy wire and not a wire for current? is this correct?

the warranties with Duralast and Autozone are all (FAKE) they do not grant it" i purchased a ratchet set that the reverse *** broke the ratchet and it said LIFE TIME WARRANTY directly on the tool and they still would not grant me the ratchet DO NOT purchase anything from them when they say it is under warranty it is FALSE advertisement" just to get you to buy it and you can't do anything about it"
